Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7 to 15 business days from receipt. If there is a problem shipping your order within 7-15 business days, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order. However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order quickly. Sometimes we can't stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this case the cancellation will be handled as a return. Note: Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

All items returned must be in their original packages and No Items will be exchanged or returned for credit if there has been any sign of use /or/ wear. For exchanges due to size, color or finish there will be a shipping charge of $9.95 "shipping charges may vary on weight / size." - THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED FOR CREDIT.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and handling and 20% restocking fee). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account minus the 20% restocking fee which you can use against future purchases. Again, Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If an item has been used and is not defective, Brateman's will not accept it back into inventory and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning a product for any reason, please include a brief note for our returns dept. without a note or receipt returns go unsolved. All returns / exchanges should be sent to the address below.

What are your hours of operation?

Our showrooms are open from 10am through 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern Time.
Saturday hours are 10am to 4pm - Closed on Sunday. Summer Hours are as follows: Saturdays, starting with Memorial day weekend we are closed through Labor day weekend.
